All done

Well, we did it! We pulled into Puffin Dive Center at about 17.10, fully exhausted and tired - only to have to get the RIBs out the water onto the trailers, unpack the gear into the cars and head home.

Thanks to everyone who supported us, your donations will be much appreciated by Cancer Research UK.

Corran Narrows

Now we are out iabout to head down to Lismore, into the Sound of Mull then to round Kerrera, pass Oban and head to Gallanach.

Corpach Sea Lock

Finally leaving the canal at about 15:00 on Sunday the 29th. Out into the sea loch, Loch Linhe near Fort William.

The next part of the journey is about 40 miles, but there are no speed limits at sea!

Beer cooler

We kept the wet well full of fresh canal water to keep the precious cargo cool...

Swan

If you look closely you can see a swan trying to attack Matt, it was relentless and tried to get him several times.... :-)

Loch Oich

Lord of the Glens

This is the biggext ship on the canal. We got stuck behind it quite a few times!!!

Here it's heading up the flight of locks at Fort Augustus. The locks were half knackered and we had to bribe our way up with beer...

Loch ness

Everybody loves castles!

And into Loch ness

Sorry about the posting delay, lack of 3g signal was causing problems!
